For a producing class in my undergrad at Asbury University we were tasked with producing an original song for a songwriter. For this project Jordann Cockerill, who is another student at Asbury University studying Worship Arts came to us with a song she wrote and wanted to release. 

My partner Sophie and I spent roughly 40 hours on this song, and went through the producing process learning about it. This included recording a demo, having some say in lyrics and arrangement, finding musicians to play on the song, and scheduling time out accordingly with the client and talent.

We also went through the extra steps of releasing it and distributing it which was a new learning curve. 

The song is currently released on all platforms to stream.
